Down Syndrome 5k & Fun Run to Happen Again in 2015

Columbus, OH – PRIME3SG Principal Nanda Nair’s running organization 2FGR (2 Fat Guys Running) is at it again! 2015 marks the 6th annual 2FGR Down Syndrome 5K and Kids Fun Run. This event will be occurring on May 21, 2015 at the Dublin Community Recreation Center. Registration starts at 6 pm and the race starts at 7 pm.

In its six years, over $170,000 has been raised with approximately two-thirds of it going toward Down Syndrome causes. At the event there will be the race and run, balloon animals, face painting, and more! Register before May 1st and you will receive $5 off. Come see 2FGR runners from PRIME3SG and support a great cause.

“2FGR started eight years ago,” Nair says. “The vision began as starting a 5K race to give back to a cause while promoting health, community and family values within the Dublin area.”

Can’t make the race but want to start running? 2FGR typically go for a run at 5:30 a.m. daily around Dublin. The running group encourages people of different fitness levels, ages and capabilities to join for free.
